Q.I was looking for a particular title, but couldn't find it on your site. Can I special order it?

A. In many cases, yes. Please leave feedback on the site with the title of the magazine you're interested in and your email address. We'll write you back as soon as possible with a price quote.

Q.What is your refund policy?

A. Subscriptions for delivery to customers outside the USA are not refundable, even if no issues have been received. For most magazines for delivery within the USA, if you are not satisfied with a subscription purchased from Magazine Depot, you can cancel your subscription for a partial refund or store credit in the amount of the unsent portion of the subscription minus any indicated non-refundable fees. If a magazine was listed as non-cancellable or non-refundable it can not be refunded, even if no issues have yet been sent out. If you wish to cancel a subscription, you may do so by contacting us with your address and the name of the magazine you wish to cancel. Please include the order number mentioned in the confirmation email you received when you purchased the subscription. Orders for books, back issues or other non-subscription products will not be refunded once they have shipped.

Q.I ordered a subscription last month, but haven't received any issues yet. Where's my subscription?

A. Please allow approximately 8-12 weeks from the time you place your order for delivery of the first issue. This is the normal lead time of magazine publishers.

Q.Do you sell subscriptions worldwide or only in the U.S.?

A. In most cases we cannot process subscriptions directly to subscribers outside the United States. There's just too much hassle involved, and too much lag time in subscription deliveries to make it worthwhile.

Q.Will I receive renewal notices from Magazine Depot?

A. Unless you choose otherwise, we will send you a reminder when your subscription nears its expiration, giving you the chance to renew online. Publishers may also send you renewal notices, which you can ignore when you renew online. It's that easy!
