Terms and Conditions of Affiliate Membership

1. You agree not to send unsolicited bulk and/or commercial messages over the Internet (known as "spamming") that in any way references the MagazineDepot.com site. This policy will be strictly enforced, and any violation will result in immediate termination of your affiliate membership and the forfeiture of all future and/or accrued referral fees to you.

2. Magazine Depot will pay you (in accordance with all other terms and conditions) referral fees on subscription sales of eligible magazines to third parties. The referral fee will be 8% of the total amount of the order less the price of any ineligible magazines. The referral fee will be divided into two portions, 75% payable monthly in e-gold or PayPal credit, and the other 25% applied as store credit towards your future Magazine Depot purchases. For a subscription sale to be eligible to earn a referral fee, all of the following conditions must apply:

• Any magazines purchased must be on our list of titles eligible for referral fees.
• The customer must click-thru a special link (we will provide it to you after you sign up) from your site to the Magazine Depot site, and purchase the magazine subscription during a session. The session ends after 30 days elapse from the customer's initial click-thru or when the customer clicks thru a link from another affiliate.
• Each customer you refer must have cookies enabled in their browser for you to be able to receive any referal fees on purchases made by that user.
• Payment must be completed by the customer via e-gold or PayPal.
• If a customer you refer pays for an order with e-gold, you must already have registered an e-gold account with Magazine Depot to be eligible for any referral fees for that order.
• Likewise, if a customer you refer pays for an order with PayPal, you must already have registered a PayPal account with Magazine Depot to to be eligible for any referral fees for that order.

3. Any cancellations, chargebacks or reversals associated with an order will result in retroactive forfeiture of any referral fees for that order. Such reversal of fees may be deducted from your pending or future referal fees.

4. You may not purchase products during sessions initiated through the links on your site for your own use, for resale or commercial use of any kind. This includes orders for customers or on behalf of customers or orders for products to be used by you or your friends, relatives, or associates in any manner. Such purchases may result (in our sole discretion) in the withholding of referral fees and/or the termination of your affiliate membership.

5. Magazine Depot reserves the right to terminate, with or without cause, your affiliate membership at any time, for any reason. If such termination is not the result of a violation of the terms and conditions described herein, you will receive any pending referral fees on orders already placed and paid for, but you will not be eligible for referral fees on future orders.

6. Magazine Depot reserves the right to reject any affiliate application, for any reason.

7. Magazine Depot reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. You agree to abide by any future changes to these terms and conditions.

8. You consent to receive correspondence from Magazine Depot, via email or other means, concerning any aspect of your affiliate membership, including but not limited to: changes to the terms and conditions, news about the affiliate program, the status of your affiliate account, your referral balances, etc.
